Welcome to the course "Beginning Robotics: Artibot Project"! In this course, you will dive into the fascinating world of electrical circuits, learning what they are and how they work. You will discover that circuits are like special roads where electricity travels, connecting various parts such as lights, televisions and video games. You will learn that a circuit is a closed path through which electrons flow and needs a source of energy and components that use that energy, using conductive materials such as copper. We will explore the two main types of circuits: series and parallel, understanding their differences and applications. In addition, I will guide you in the construction of a drawing robot, applying the concepts learned about electrical circuits in a fun, hands-on project. Upon completion, you will be prepared to understand and create your own basic electrical circuits and robots.
